icterminal is an on-chain data analytics and blockchain intelligence platform focused primarily on the Internet Computer (ICP) ecosystem. The Service provides analytical tools, dashboards, indicators, network and transaction metrics, wallet activity analysis, and aggregated blockchain-derived data. The Service relies in part on publicly available blockchain information and third-party data sources and presents algorithmic interpretations of such data.

You acknowledge and agree that blockchain data, by its nature, may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, manipulated, distorted, or otherwise unreliable. You further acknowledge that analytical outputs generated by the Service constitute technical interpretations only and not statements of fact or predictions of future performance.

Historical data is not indicative of future results. The Service does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any data or analytics.

You assume full responsibility for verifying all information independently and for any decisions made in reliance on the Service.

Fees and Paid Services

At present, access to the Service may be offered without charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid subscriptions, premium features, usage limits, or other monetization methods at any time. If paid services are introduced, pricing and payment terms will be clearly disclosed on the Website.

All future payments shall be charged in advance and shall be non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Continued use of the Service after the introduction of paid features shall constitute acceptance of the applicable fees.
